      "Well its time to make the first ever inductees for the SC Hall of Fame public to everyone. I first and foremost would like to thank everyone involved with the HoF project from the people on the committee with myself to everyone who posted an opinion here or added empire names to our list of great empires who have played over the years.
      "This HoF list was not meant to boost egos or leave people left out, but more meant to remmember the contributions to sc people have made over the years and or personal accomplishments that might otherwise be forgot over time. Everyone in sc has made their own impact in one way or another but our committe of five (Madam Thunderbolt, BigB, Ah, Havoc, and myself) tried to sort through all the accomplishments and contributions and cut this list down to a miniscule ten individuals.
      "It wasnt easy obviously great people and empires are going to be left out thats obvious when you cut a list down from almost two hundred empires to ten.
      "The system used to cut this number down to ten was as follows. Every committee member casted a vote of 25 empires (committe members could not vote for themselves) from there we totalled the amount of votes any empire received when tallied up from all five of our lists. We then this list down to the twenty five empires who received the most total votes, if there was a tie in this case all empires involved in the tie made it to the next round.
      "So when finished we were left with 33 empires from there every committe member made a list of the six empires IN ORDER they felt most deserving. Using a point system of 6-5-4-3-2-1 we came up with 8 empires.
      "Now before anything started in these votings the committee had already agreed Sylvan (The games creator) and Amanda (Tiberia) would automatically be put into the HoF so when added to our list of eight empires we came up with a total of ten empires that will be inducted to the first ever Stellar Crisis Hall of Fame voting, and they are as follows."
